SMS Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: August 2, 2026
These SMS Terms and Conditions govern text messages sent by STEM Is Your Future, Inc.
Program Description
People who opt in may receive recurring text messages concerning inquiries, tutoring and educational programs, academic competitions, scheduling, school partnerships, sponsorships, customer service, registration, participation, and related program updates. Promotional or fundraising messages will be sent only with the appropriate consent.
Consent
Consent may be obtained through an affirmative action such as checking an unchecked SMS-consent box on our website, providing documented verbal consent, signing a written consent form, scanning an authorized opt-in QR code, or initiating an SMS conversation with us. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing services, participating in a program, or making a donation.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies according to the recipient's inquiry, scheduled services, program participation, and communication preferences.
Charges
Message and data rates may apply according to the recipient's mobile-service plan. STEM Is Your Future is not responsible for charges imposed by a mobile carrier.
Opting Out
Reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe. We may send one final nonpromotional message confirming the opt-out. We also honor other reasonable communications that clearly request an end to text messages. After an opt-out is processed, no additional messages requiring consent will be sent unless the recipient provides new consent.

Supported Carriers and Delivery
Text-message delivery is subject to mobile-carrier availability and is not guaranteed. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Mobile numbers and SMS-consent information are handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Eligibility
The person providing consent must be at least 18 years old and the owner or authorized user of the mobile number. Communications concerning a minor student should be authorized by the student's parent or legal guardian.
